Prompt communication plays a vital role in securing bookings. Our dedicated guest liaison team is available 7 days a week to respond quickly to enquiries and guest messages.

We act as the primary point of contact before, during, and after each stay, providing assistance with property-related questions and sharing local area information to enhance the guest experience.

In the unlikely event of an issue at the property, such as a water leak or maintenance concern, we respond promptly and coordinate the appropriate action to ensure your home is protected.

To allow us to respond without delay, we request that our email address is added to your Airbnb notifications. This enables you to retain full control of your Airbnb account while allowing us visibility of enquiries and the ability to respond immediately.

Guest Screening

You wouldn’t let just anyone into your home, and neither would we. During our initial consultation, we agree with you on the minimum criteria every guest must meet. This can include having a verified ID and/or positive reviews from previous Airbnb stays, giving you complete peace of mind.

Inventory

Sometimes, the least expensive things are the most precious. During our initial consultation, we agree exactly what you are happy for guests to use and what you would prefer to keep private. Before any guest stays in your home, we ensure these valued items are safely and suitably stored away, and that guests are clearly informed about what they are permitted to use.
